Sagittarius At Work

At work, Sagittarius is the one who carries the vision. They see the whole picture, describe the goal and make people believe in it. Sales, teaching, publishing, law, tourism and international work suit this sign very well.

Staying in a job they find dull is impossible for them; a salary is not enough to keep a Sagittarius in place - the work itself has to be interesting. In tasks that turn into routine their performance drops quickly, and the moment they are given a new responsibility they pull themselves together again.

Their weak point is detail. The size of the job they promise and the size of the job they deliver do not always match; with someone beside them to follow the detail, the two of them work very productively together.

A Sagittarius is honest and blunt at work as well. In a meeting, they are usually the one who says the thing nobody else will - which sometimes harms them and sometimes saves the team.
