Aquarius At Work

Those who work with them respect their original, productive self. Their imagination is wide and their ideas are ahead of their time. They say what they mean. They have a rational, intellectual character with a style all of their own. While you are with them it is never possible to work out what they are thinking; they keep studying you and give away not a single clue about themselves. At work they trust their own ideas and values. It can sometimes be hard to tell how open they are being with you. They are famous for taking radical decisions in the workplace; they bring about root-and-branch change and can leave everyone around them astonished. You should not put pressure on them, and you should meet their ideas with tolerance even when they run counter to yours. Anyone working with a person who gives no advance warning of what they are about to do must be ready for change at any moment.
