Capricorn Rising

It is a little hard to guess how serious someone with Capricorn rising can be; but the most important thing to know is that they will never lose that seriousness. They are very patient in everything and hate acting in haste. They have thought about and planned everything they want in advance, which is why you could call those with Capricorn rising people who know what they want. They cannot be described as cheerful, and their expression is usually grave; they have moods that can tip into melancholy. They greatly enjoy criticising others and cannot stop themselves, and as a result certain problems can arise between them and other people. Their manner and their speech are reserved. However critical we say they are, that does not hide the fact that they are shy; in one-to-one relationships in particular their manner is quite bashful. Another of their qualities is ambition, which shows in almost every part of their lives. You could call this both a strength and a weakness - their ambition can end up taking precedence over a great many important things in their lives.
